Orange twist cocktail

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup gin or vodka
- 2 tbsp. simple syrup
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- Coarse sugar or salt
- Crushed ice
- Grapefruit wedges to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- In a cocktail shaker, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, liquor and simple syrup. Shake well.
- Rim cocktail glasses with juice and dip into sugar or salt to coat the rim.
- Fill glasses with crushed ice and add sparkling water to glasses, dividing evenly. Top off with the grapefruit mixture and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
